Return Policy
Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a Return Authorisation number. We will provide a full refund (less postage) once we receive the unused item/s. Return postage is to be paid by the customer and a tracking number must be emailed to us at sales@immortalskin.com.au.
